Abstract
The investigation performed in search of cultured music in sport has provided us with interesting findings in the XVII, XIX, XX, and even the XXI century. In greater words we could say that the composers were motivated by specific sport events or by social-political environments that favored the leisure side of sport, as those existing in the Vienna of the eighteen hundreds or Paris of the nineteen hundreds.
