Abstract
In the present study the average figures of the capacity developed by a group of competition climbers has been controlled and analysed, during a preparatory period, taking on loads representative of the 50%, 60%, 70% and 80% of 1 RM-FDM. Four man and one woman took part voluntarily in the investigation. It has been observed that the capacity values, in reference to the maximum relative dynamic force, show dispersions reflected in the coefficient of variation (CV), that fluctuate in a range of 6% to 20%, according to subjects and levels, highlighting particular individual behaviour, demonstrating the larger coefficient of variation at level 70%, where 3 of the 5 members of the group posses their useful strength. In this way, the majority of the dispersions usually have a positive sense -raising the figure of the register of capacity during the process -although some drops were observed. In reference to the statistical contrastacion, it was shown in a general way that, among the different moments, there were not any statistically significant differences (F=0.725; p>0.05), while statistically significant differences were manifested among the 4 load levels (F=73.717; p<0.05) it was also found constrasting the different load levels two by two, statistically significant differences. We share the opinion that with high figures of capacity in front of loads similar to competition, sports persons usually obtain their best results, above all in the types where time is the factor. In climbing, the sports person always carries out the movements of progression supporting as a force his/her own weight. In this way, the value of capacity that seems more relevant to us would be that which is developed facing external loads that are identified with body weight. In relation to the capacity developed at the level of useful force, the subjects showed specific figures and processes.
