Abstract
Alcarràs High School is a small dimensions and a short history educational center twelve kilometres away from Lleida. Its Physical Education department had some years ago the aim, and taking profit of its situation in a natural around, to promote the content of activities at nature, sometimes so difficult to develope due to different facts. The activities that we realize go further the common curriculum of the students and arrive to different aspects of high school’s life. But there is one thing that is common to all of them; the bycicle is the star. One of the most successful activities is a variable credit called “ Getting the way by walking and by bycicle”, which is the axis of this article.
