Abstract
This article wants to bring the world of knots to the professional of physical education to facilitate the process of learning/teaching in skills of concrete sports like sailing, climbing, etc. The object of this article is also to go further, giving the student the change of discovering the applications of this knowledge in different situations in normal life or survival. The consolidation of these skills is reached through obstacle courses with knots, which is to say, through very motivating actions. If the motor activities are done from a more recreational and enjoyable aspect, the attainment of the objectives will be more comfortable and the professional success more complete.
