Abstract
The article describes the details of a qualitative investigation on the permanent formation of a group of basic football trainers in León: as well as the design, experimentation and evaluation of the agreed programme of formation for this group of trainers through a seminary of collaborative work, which, as well as following the guide lines indicated by its participants, also rakes as reference the shortages of formation found in the initial formation. The trainer model that we propose is that of practical, reflexive investigator of his practice through work assisted by his companions.
